Please read these terms carefully before using 3Eyes.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 3Eyes, a parental control software product and related services operated by Deep RRR Corp ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using 3Eyes, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 3Eyes in any way - including downloading our desktop application, creating an account, or browsing our website - you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use 3Eyes.

2. Description of Service

3Eyes is parental control software designed to help parents and guardians manage and monitor their children's digital activity. Our services include:

  • Web Filtering: Block or allow websites and categories of content on your child's device.
  • Screen Time Management: Set daily and weekly time limits for device usage and specific applications.
  • YouTube Curation: Approve specific YouTube channels your child can watch and block access to unapproved content.
  • Educational Content: Curate and encourage access to educational videos and learning resources.
  • Activity Reports: View summaries of your child's device and browsing activity.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To use 3Eyes, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
  • Notify us promptly at info@3eyes.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

4. Acceptable Use

3Eyes is designed exclusively for parents and legal guardians to monitor and manage the digital activity of their minor children on devices owned or controlled by the account holder. You agree to use 3Eyes only for this intended purpose.

You must not use 3Eyes to:

  • Monitor any adult without their full and informed consent. Using parental control software to surveil an adult without consent may violate applicable privacy laws.
  • Harass, stalk, or harm any individual.
  • Circumvent, reverse engineer, or tamper with the software or our systems.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our prior written permission.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user we determine, in our sole discretion, is misusing the service.

5. Subscription and Billing

3Eyes is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable subscription fee.

  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at info@3eyes.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
  • Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price changes. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

6. Privacy

Your use of 3Eyes is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using 3Eyes, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We take the privacy of children seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from minor children. Data collected through our monitoring features is associated with the parent or guardian's account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with 3Eyes are the property of Deep RRR Corp or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the 3Eyes desktop application and access our web services for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • 3Eyes is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
  • We do not guarantee that our service will block all inappropriate content or prevent all undesired activity. Parental supervision remains important.
  • In no event shall Deep RRR Corp be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of 3Eyes, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of 3Eyes shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice in the application or on our website, with the updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of 3Eyes after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using 3Eyes and cancel your subscription.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
